Her clients were leaving sessions transformed… but afterwards she was stuck sending Dropbox links, emails, and recordings with no idea if clients ever used them.

We treat your content and your clients' privacy with the utmost care. We never share or sell any information, your content is yours. Your content space remains private and yours.
Absolutely. Every new account starts with a full 30-day free trial. You get access to all features so you can add content, invite clients, and see everything in action. If it's not right for you, simply cancel before the trial ends - no questions asked. And you'll never be asked for a credit card to start - we only collect payment details if you decide to continue after the trial.

We're here for you. Whether it's your first time uploading a recording or you'd like a friendly walkthrough, we'll help you find your feet. There are short video tutorials too — and you're never doing this alone.
Active clients are clients who have logged in within the last 30 days. Inactive clients are not counted towards this. You could have a thousand clients, but if only 100 of them log in within the month, then you are within your plan allowance.
Your plan includes generous space for all your recordings, videos, and documents. If you need more as your library grows, get in touch and we'll sort it out for you.
If you choose to continue, you move to the paid plan at $49/month USD. If you decide not to continue, simply do nothing - since we don't take a credit card up front, there's nothing to charge.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and HolisticHub, operated by ToolboxLabs GmbH ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Germany. By accessing or using HolisticHub ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HolisticHub is a comprehensive online course platform that enables creators, educators, and businesses to create, host, sell, and manage online courses. Our platform includes:
Course creation and management tools
Video hosting and streaming capabilities
Payment processing and subscription management
Student enrollment and progress tracking
Community and discussion features
Analytics and reporting tools
Email marketing and communication features
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current
Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your account information remains confidential
Any content you upload or publish through the Service
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
3.3 Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
4. User Content and Conduct
4.1 Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to HolisticHub ("User Content"). However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
4.2 Prohibited Content and Activities
You agree not to use the Service to:
Upload, post, or transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
Violate intellectual property rights of others
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Use the Service for any commercial purpose not explicitly permitted
4.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines.
5. Payment Terms and Billing
5.1 Pricing and Payment
Access to HolisticHub requires payment of applicable fees. All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, and you agree to abide by Stripe's terms of service.
5.2 Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.
5.3 Late Payments
Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service. We reserve the right to charge late fees or collection costs for overdue payments.
5.4 Refunds
Refund policy for any paid subscriptions will be communicated at the time of launch. Except as required by law, we are not obligated to provide refunds unless otherwise stated in the offer at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 HolisticHub IP
All rights, title, and interest in and to the HolisticHub platform, including all software, designs, graphics, and documentation, are owned by ToolboxLabs GmbH and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 User Content License
By uploading content to HolisticHub, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to provide and promote the Service.
6.3 Trademark Usage
You may not use HolisticHub trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent. All goodwill arising from your use of our trademarks inures to our benefit.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service "As Is"
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToolboxLabs GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ToolboxLabs GmbH, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination and Suspension
9.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your account and stop using the Service at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your settings.
9.2 Termination by HolisticHub
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Common reasons for termination include:
Violation of these Terms
Engagement in prohibited activities
Non-payment of fees
Extended periods of inactivity
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period, subject to applicable data retention requirements.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Berlin, Germany, in accordance with the rules of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS).
11.3 Jurisdiction
The courts of Berlin, Germany, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HolisticHub regarding the use of the Service.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
12.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
12.4 Assignment
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
12.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.
